We have a varity of fund raising events including Christmas tree sales and volunteer serving at the RV Inn Style Resorts Ampitheater. These funds go directly to supporting the BGHS band program. Funds are invested in instruments, transportation to events, food for participates, musical clinicians and uniforms. Your help makes a hugh difference.
Christmas Tree Sales
Our annual Christmas Tree sale is our largest fundraiser of the year. The lot is located on the corner of NW 20th Ave and W Main St in Battle Ground, South east corner Albertsons parking lot. This year we are selling trees on Wednesday through Sunday beginning November 29.
Please consider signing up for a 4 hour shift. This is a super fun experience and we guarantee you will have a blast spreading holiday cheer. Please send your friends, neighbors and relatives our to check our our selection of Noble, Grand Fir and Douglas Fir trees.
We need volunteers to help set up the lot, stock trees and sell trees. Shifts are 4 hours long.
RV Inn Style Amphitheater concerts require a sign up through the above calendar links begining June 2024. Please make sure to have your Washington Class 12 MAST certificate on file a week before the event you plan to volunteer for. Courses are available on line. Example course If you are self studying online please make sure you are working on a Washington State MAST certificate.
Those volunteers who are ages 18-20 can help with food prep. A food handlerscard is required of those who prep and serve food. A food handlers card can be obtained through https://www.foodworkercard.wa.gov
